Partial sound design for a project carried out as part of the Game Jam 2022 under the theme "Roll of the Dice".

You're a Wizard Dicey

This game was created as an experiment to investigate audio functionalities in video games. El Dorado is an audio-based puzzle game that uses sound as the primary interface between the player and the game. Different design methods from HCI studies were used to create transdiegetic sounds that in combination with the implementation aid the player in completing the game. Created using Unity and FMOD.

El Dorado

This is a heavily modded version of Flooded Grounds environment using Unity assets. I created opportunities for sound, adding a narrative, animations, triggers and post-processing effects. Experimental music was made with field recordings and synthesizers looking to blend with the environment. The music system is mapped to an intensity parameter to transition between the different game stages. Implementation with FMOD.

Flooded Grounds

In this project, I designed sounds for the Unity Project Germ Blaster. I also created and modded scripts to add randomization to the NPCs and interactivity to collectables, and doors. Sounds were added to players' animations by keyframes. Environmental sounds change through the use of reverb zones and snapshots. Implementation using Unity Audio Engine.

Germ Blaster

Partial sound design for a lightly modded version of the MICRO FPS Unity Project. I created an audio system attached to the health parameter using the Unity Audio Engine.

Micro FPS

Sound replacement by recording foley, sound design and musical re-arrangement (Music by Jonathan Olguin) for the animation The Optimist. This project uses binaural audio in a creative way to portray and exemplify the main character's way of perceiving the world.
